Assistant Facilitators

We are recruiting for our next round of Assistant Facilitators aged 17-25. They will be paid to train with our team, take part in training sessions and assist in our weekly Bright Sparks programme. Assistants from this year have gone on to become lead facilitators delivering projects for us and other companies. We are looking for people with little to no paid experience as this is an entry level position.

Assistants will work a minimum of 2 hours per week at £12 per hour during term time with the opportunity to assist in holiday clubs too.

We are committed to representing people from diverse backgrounds.

In particular, we are looking to work with people who:

• Live in the local community of Hulme
• Are part of the Global Majority
• Disabled People
• LGBTQ+
