Hello and welcome to The 100 Story Hotel.

Please, come on in. Clive the Concierge can take your bags. We know he’s rather hairy and his claws are sort of long, but what else can you expect from a polar bear? At The 100 Story Hotel there are all sorts of guests; lions and tigers, dinosaurs and bears. Some sausage dogs are having a party on the hotel beach. And that’s to say nothing of the dedicated staff. The porters are penguins, the housekeeping team is headed up by a handy octopus – and you’ve already met the polar bear concierge.  

There’s just one problem at this wonderful establishment – although the hotel is usually full of 100 amazing stories, one story has just gone missing! We desperately need your help to find the naughty culprit. Can you follow the clues and track them down?

Created with bestselling, multi-award-winning author and illustrator Rob Biddulph and Discover Children’s Story Centre and presented in partnership with Manchester Literature Festival. This interactive world of play and storytelling has something for everyone aged 1-8 and their families.

They provide a safe, supported morning where you and your family can explore our brand new interactive world in a way that suits you!

The 100 Story Hotel – Spooky Experience!

At select performances in October…

We need your help in the 100 Story Hotel! As well as one of the stories going missing, we also have 8 spiders on the loose. Solve the spooktacular mysteries of the 100 Story Hotel whilst listening to a terrifyingly scary soundtrack. We encourage dressing up and getting your spook on when you visit The 100 Story Hotel at Halloween.

For Halloween 2024, we have an added spider trail. Pick up your trail at Z-arts Box Office when you arrive!

The spooky experience will be available at these performances:
