Living in their tiny shed squeezed in amongst the garden tools, Mr and Mrs Chickweed’s amazing prize-winning vegetables have taken over everything. Before they retire, they can’t resist planting one last seed, try for one more champion vegetable and one more trophy!
But no one knew that a vegetable could grow bigger than the cat, bigger than the dog, bigger than you and me put together – it’s gigantic, it’s blocking out the light and it’s still growing!
Monster Disco

Come and embrace your inner monster here at the MONSTER DISCO. Don’t be afraid, these monsters aren’t scary, they’re just misunderstood and want to party!

Fall down the rabbit hole and step into Lewis Carroll’s classic world where families can imagine, explore, and make unforgettable memories together. Step into scenes from the beloved book, crawl through tunnels, play croquet with flamingos, get lost in a card maze, dress up as your favourite characters, splash into a ball pool, join the Mad Hatter’s tea party…and so much more!

Can your team of riddle-cracking and quick-thinking explorers rescue the Mad Hatter’s tea party guests before the tea gets cold Working in teams of up to six, you’ll use a digital tablet to navigate the twists and turns of Wonderland. It’s a race against time to uncover curious clues and solve mind-mangling puzzles!

Beano presents: Dennis the Menace’s Year of Mischief!
A Manchester Literature Festival event presented in partnership with Z-arts.

Beano’s Directors of Mischief and Mayhem, Mike Stirling and Craig Graham reveal their top-secret tips for creating the laugh-out-loud stories and comic strips in Beano.
