Call out: Creative Practitioners for Summer of Stories 2026

Z-arts is looking for three experienced creative practitioners to deliver Summer of Stories, a playful programme of interactive storytelling and arts and crafts for children aged 0 – 8 and their families during the summer holidays.

Each practitioner will deliver one week of activity, bringing two children’s stories to life through engaging creative sessions. Work will take place in a lively, drop-in environment, supported by an assistant facilitator.

Fee: £1,000
Dates: Late July – mid August 2026 (one week per practitioner)

We’re looking for warm, confident and welcoming facilitators who have at least one years’ experience working with children and families. We strongly encourage applications from the global majority and Hulme residents.
