Launching Z-arts’ Environment Week, join us on Saturday 7 June at 10am for a family fun day all about our love of libraries…
Start your day with a brilliantly engaging 45-minute live show from Luna’s Creators, Joseph Coelho OBE (Z-arts brand new Patron) and Fiona Lumbers! Hear them read their brand-new book Luna Loves Gardening, dive into Luna’s other adventures, and see how stories come to life—watch Fiona draw her delightful illustrations and Joe craft the wonderful words.
Then join award-winning author and illustrator Emma Reynolds for a lively session based on her fab picture book Amara and the Bats. This interactive workshop includes a book reading, fun bat facts game, a chance to meet some adorable bat plushies (from the world’s biggest to the tiniest!), and a draw-along session where kids can sketch their own bats!
Don’t forget to get your book signed after the shows!
Then, stick around for a full morning of fun, with drop-in creative workshops exploring gardens, wildlife and green spaces—perfect for our green fingered friends who love stories, and of course Libraries.
