Z-arts is committed to creating ‘Brave, Safe Spaces’ for all that we work with. To us, a ‘Brave/Safe Space’ includes, but is not limited to, a space free of fear, bullying, harassment and discrimination of any kind. A space where we honour and celebrate the different backgrounds and gifts we each bring to the table. An empowering space, encouraging everyone to speak up and speak out about anything that goes against the safety of this space, knowing our voices will be heard and we will be taken seriously.
