Break dancing is one of the most popular forms of modern dance featuring fast-paced moves and exhilarating spins and tricks.
Our beginners’ class teaches you the basics of break dance including rhythm, fitness, flexibility and some basic moves which you can build upon week after week.
Taught by local break dance champion Justin Lie, the class is a great way to improve fitness as well as picking up new skills. Once members have mastered the basics they can move to our intermediate class at 6pm.
