YogaFusion (ages 12+)
Our brand new YogaFusion class is a playful session combining traditional yoga postures, upbeat music, and creative movements to enhance your physical and mental well-being.
Escape the ordinary and unleash your creativity in our YogaFusion teen class. We’ll incorporate dance-inspired movements, playful props, and imaginative storytelling to make yoga even more fun and engaging.
Learning outcomes:
- Build strength, flexibility & coordination
- Find inner harmony and peace through movement and mindfulness. Deep breathing exercises, meditation techniques, and guided relaxation sessions will help you manage stress, reduce anxiety, and cultivate inner peace.
- Be part of a welcoming and supportive environment where you can connect with fellow teens. We will allow you to progress at your own pace, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Anything that you can move and stretch in.

We want to make your visit to Z-arts as enjoyable as possible and try our best to cater for everyone’s needs. If your child has any specific requirements or you feel we need to know anything in advance please give us a call on 0161 226 1912 or email boxoffice@z-arts.org and we’ll do everything we can to make your visit and class as hassle-free as we can!

New Registration System
You will need to have your e-ticket barcode ready to be scanned to register to the session. These e-tickets are sent via e-mail when you book onto a class. Please make sure you select e-ticket when you book online.
