At Z-arts we are committed to providing the very best possible standard of service. However, we realise that sometimes things can go wrong, and we aim to do our best to make sure we put things right. To help us achieve this, all complaints should be made in writing which will ensure that we have an accurate account of the problem. Written complaints can be made via email or post, or alternatively customers can fill out a feedback form which are located at reception, and pop them in the red box.

The red box will be emptied every Monday morning, and any complaints will be responded to within 14 days and a response sent if requested.
