The Z-arts Studio is a new youth music facility located in the belly of our historic building. The Studio is designed to provide workshops and activities to young people in a professional, relaxed and creative atmosphere.
Participants will benefit from a fully functional Control and Live Room set-up for high quality recording. A Mac suite for composition and production workshops (using Reason and Logic Pro) and a hall for practice and live performance. Instruments can be provided and all genres of composition from Orchestral to Rock or Hip-Hop are catered for and encouraged.
Our workshops are tailored to specific educational needs and as such their content and structure can vary dramatically. Courses can be as short as a few hours or one day, run for an intensive five days, or be split across a number of weeks.

The Studio is also available for commercial recording, mixing and production.
Prices start at £25 per hour for one engineer and use of the studio for mixing and/or recording.
